Dean's Beans Logo The Center for Tropical Ecology and Conservation works with Dean's Bean, a distributor of organic, fair-trade products, to bring you sustainable and socially-just coffee, cocoa, and chocolate-covered coffee beans. All items come in 1 lb. bags except the cocoa which comes in 6.5oz packages.

Tea

The Center for Tropical Ecology and Conservation works with Upton Tea Imports, a local distributor of wonderful teas, including organic specialty teas. All teas are loose leaf and come in your choice of plastic bag (free) or metal tin ($2.00). Package size varies on tea so please review the quantity size in the tea description.

We place an order about once a month and we will call or email you when your order is ready to be picked up at the CTEC office. Payment in cash or by check is due at that time. All proceeds go towards a CTEC scholarship awarded to students initiating their research in the tropics or attending professional conferences.
